Photo Legacy utilises social media sites as a way to offer “sneak peaks” and photo sharing. We always have our clients best interests at heart and will never post anything unapropriate. We are very careful when using images of babies and children as we are aware of the dangers on the internet.
In order to post the photos from this session to any type of online account such as social media sites or utilize your photos in any way for advertising, client examples, or sharing, a model release is required. Upon signature, you are providing permission for the release to apply to all individuals who are being photographed at the identified session.
For valuable consideration received, I grant to Photo Legacy the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concerning any photographs that she has taken or may take of me or in which I may be included with others, to use, reuse, publish, and republish the photographs in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration; and to use my name in connection with any use if she so chooses. I release and discharge Photographer from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. This authorization and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of Photographer, as well as the person(s) for whom she took the photographs. I am a legally competent adult and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read this document and fully understand its contents. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
As noted in the model release section, ownership of the images will indefinitely be the property of Photo Legacy. Your images may take 2-4 weeks to be fully edited and delivered. However, during peak photography season, this can be longer. Should you need the images sooner, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will work with you to provide your images as your need arises. Also, each individual image is processed to perfection. PLEASE do not edit these photos or apply any filters or presets from ANY program or social media to the images, it would be considered a breech of this contract.
Also as noted, all images will be delivered via a digital online located on the website, PIXIESET. Should you require a disc of these photos, delivery of images can be produced on a disc at no additional charge. Images being delivered on discs will not be previewed or delivered on Pixieset as the space does cost additional funds. Sessions delivered via Pixieset are only limited to be accessed within 30 days of the images being delivered. Due to multiple sessions a week, it is necessary to keep the albums to a time limit. If this is a concern or there are technical issues, please contact me immediately so we can work on successfully getting your images delivered to you!
